Raikkonen makes HUGE move and address his son’s karting problems following threat form…

Kimi Raikkonen reportedly moved his family to Italy to support his son Robin’s karting career.

After finishing his Formula One career at the end of the 2021 season, the 2007 world champion first took a break from racing to spend quality time with his family.

He later made a few runs in the NASCAR Cup Series, but it appears that the Raikkonen family’s next generation is making an impact in motorsports.

Raikkonen’s kid, Robin, has already established himself as a successful karting prodigy.

He has secured a position with the legendary Italian company CRG KART, which has previously nurtured karting talents such as Lewis Hamilton, Max Verstappen, and Nico Rosberg.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Raikkonen family has decided to transfer from their old property in Switzerland to Como, Italy. This move is ideally positioned because it provides quick access to the many international racing courses in Northern Italy, making it a perfect site for their karting activities.

According to the article, Raikkonen has bought two homes in Italy: a farmhouse called ‘Il Torchio’ and an apartment in the heart of Como. Raikkonen, his wife Minttu, and their three daughters, Robin, Rianna, and Grace, will live in these homes. The family will live in the apartment while the farmhouse is renovated.

Although Raikkonen first indicated reluctance to guide his son Robin into a racing career, it is clear that Robin has the talent and ambition to follow in his father’s footsteps.
