Anaheim, CA – In a shocking and devastating turn of events, Ken Roczen’s motocross career has come to an abrupt end. The 29-year-old German rider suffered a severe injury during a practice session at the Anaheim Supercross track.
According to eyewitnesses, Roczen crashed while attempting a routine jump, landing awkwardly and causing significant damage to his spinal cord.
“Ken’s injury is a tremendous loss for the motocross community,” said Roczen’s team manager. “He’s been an inspiration to countless fans and riders around the world.”
Roczen’s impressive career includes four Supercross championships and numerous podium finishes. He will undergo surgery and begin the long process of rehabilitation.
