He came just 27 yards shy of breaking Barry Sanders’ legendary NCAA single-season rushing record of 2,628 yards, finishing with 2,601 yards and 29 touchdowns on the ground. The only Running Back selected in the Top 10 in the last six Drafts was former Texas Longhorns star Bijan Robinson, who went to Atlanta as the eighth overall pick in 2023.
