The sports world is in shock today as news broke that former Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon has passed away in a tragic shark attack.
According to reports, Gannon, 40, was surfing off the coast of San Diego, California, when he was attacked by a shark. Despite efforts to save him, Gannon succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
