
Culley, now 70, is no stranger to the Ravens organization or the city of Baltimore. He spent over a decade as a key part of the coaching staff under John Harbaugh, serving primarily as Assistant Head Coach, Wide Receivers Coach, and eventually as a key figure in team development. His leadership, mentorship, and deep understanding of the game left a lasting legacy that still resonates with many in the locker room today.
After his tenure with the Ravens, Culley became the head coach of the Houston Texans in 2021, where he led a rebuilding squad through one of the most turbulent eras in franchise history. Though his time in Houston was brief, Culley earned wide respect for his integrity, leadership, and ability to galvanize players in tough times.
Now, back in Baltimore, Culley is expected to work closely with both the offensive and leadership units, providing insight, mentorship, and high-level strategic support to the Ravens’ current coaching staff.
