Youngsters sign professional deals with Port Vale – onevalefan.co.uk

Teenagers Arron Davies and Andrew Buah have agreed their first professional contracts with Port Vale FC, the club has announced.

The youngsters join Jack Shorrock, Baylee Dipepa, Tommy McDermott and James Plant in progressing from the youth ranks to the senior team in recent years.

Wide player Bauh, 18, made his first-team debut last season while goalkeeper Davies has yet to feature for the first-team. Both have agreed contracts until the summer of 2025.

Manager Darren Moore commented on Buah saying: “Andrew is a really exciting prospect for the club who possesses all of the raw attributes to kick on and become a real asset to our squad. He has trained in and around the first team for a good while now and his attitude and application, both on and off the pitch, have been first-class.”

Speaking about Davies, Moore added: “Arron has been in and around the First Team for a while now, taking part in training and travelling with the squad throughout last season. He is a pleasure to be around and is keen to continue his development every single day, taking on the advice from the coaching staff and our more.
