In an inspiring and heartfelt act of generosity, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has donated his entire $12.9 million bonus and sponsorship earnings toward a groundbreaking homeless shelter initiative in South Florida.
Hill’s donation will directly fund the construction of 150 permanent housing units and 300 transitional shelter beds, providing life-changing support for unhoused individuals and families throughout the Miami-Dade region.

Miami Mayor Francis Suarez praised Hill’s gesture as “one of the most selfless and impactful acts by a professional athlete in the city’s history.” Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel added:
