DEAL ACCEPTED: Nottingham forest has officially completed a stunning deal to sign a new Forward from R……. see more

Nottingham Forest could be preparing for a major attacking addition, with United States international forward Patrick Agyemang emerging as the subject of a stunning transfer story that has captured the attention of supporters.

The deal is being presented as “DEAL ACCEPTED” for this fictional transfer scenario, with Agyemang imagined as the latest forward to arrive at the City Ground as Forest look to strengthen their attacking options ahead of a demanding new campaign.

Agyemang has built an impressive reputation since making the move into English football. The powerful forward joined Derby County from Charlotte FC in 2025 after establishing himself as one of the most exciting attacking players in Major League Soccer. Derby’s official profile lists him as a forward and notes that he scored 10 goals and provided four assists during his first Championship campaign.

His rise has been particularly impressive because of the unusual path he followed before reaching the professional game in England. After starring in American college football, Agyemang was selected by Charlotte FC in the 2023 MLS SuperDraft. He quickly developed into an important player for the club and eventually earned recognition from the United States national team. Charlotte confirmed that he scored 22 goals in 72 appearances before completing his move to Derby.

A move to Nottingham Forest would therefore represent another major step in his rapidly developing career.

At his best, Agyemang offers a combination of physical strength, pace and direct attacking play. Standing at around 6ft 4in, he provides a different type of threat to defenders and is capable of competing for aerial balls while also running into space behind the defensive line.

Those qualities would make him an intriguing option for Forest.

The club have already demonstrated their ambition during the current transfer period, including the signing of defender Ousmane Diomande from Sporting on a four-year contract. Forest have also seen major movement in their squad, including Elliot Anderson’s agreement to join Manchester City.

Bringing in another forward would give the club additional depth and could provide greater competition for places in the attacking department.

For Agyemang, a hypothetical transfer to Forest would also represent an opportunity to test himself at an even higher level of English football. Having already demonstrated that he can score goals in the Championship, the next challenge would be proving that his physical qualities and finishing ability can translate successfully to the Premier League.

There would inevitably be excitement among supporters if such a move were officially completed. Forest fans have become accustomed to ambitious recruitment, and a young international forward with experience in both MLS and the Championship would certainly generate interest.

However, as of now, there is no reliable confirmation that Nottingham Forest have completed a deal for Patrick Agyemang. Derby County currently lists him as a member of their squad, while the United States Soccer profile also identifies Derby County as his club.

For the purposes of the “DEAL ACCEPTED” concept, though, the move represents an exciting scenario: Agyemang arriving at the City Ground, wearing the famous red shirt and beginning a new chapter in his career.

If the transfer were ever officially completed, Forest would be acquiring a forward with considerable potential, international experience and the physical profile to cause problems for Premier League defenders.

For now, supporters should treat the announcement as a transfer-style creative scenario rather than an officially confirmed signing.
