In a shocking development for West Indies cricket, right-handed middle-order batsman Jason Holder has been suspended indefinitely from all forms of the sport after testing positive for a banned substance.

Cricket West Indies (CWI) confirmed the suspension earlier today, stating that the decision follows the standard anti-doping protocols and is effective immediately. Holder, a former captain and one of the team’s most experienced all-rounders, now faces an investigation that could determine the length and terms of his suspension.

Fans and teammates have expressed shock at the news, with many taking to social media to show support for the seasoned cricketer. Holder has represented the West Indies in over 100 ODIs and 60 Tests, contributing significantly with both bat and ball.
